By using Puzzle App (this site and related APIs), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Puzzle App provides casual puzzle gameplay in the browser, including guest play and optional simulated or hosted sign-in during development and pilot phases. Features, content, and availability may change at any time.

Accounts and guests

You may play as a guest on this device. If you authenticate, you are responsible for any credentials or proxy headers used in non-production environments. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls except as authorized.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through any future input surfaces.
• Respect daily puzzle content licensing and attribution if shown in the product.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free puzzles, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elaia and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
